You implement the Louis C. Jacob Bar concept at our hotel and, together with our central R&B area, lets your own creative ideas run freely in terms of a high-quality bar concept You are a passionate host and run your own station in the bar, lobby and on our Linden terrace Advising our guests and receiving their orders Coordination of processes for a smooth service Working with colleagues and trainees You are responsible for implementing a sales-oriented sales. Responsibility for cleanliness and hygiene in the station Planning, preparation and control of the daily mise en place We are looking for employees of all levels of experience. You can become Commis de Bar (m/w/d), Demi Chef de Rang Bar (m/w/d) or Chef de Rang Bar (m/w/d).

You have a completed training in the gastronomy or hotel industry as well as corresponding professional experience You bring good ways of handling and team skills You have a hospitable, open-minded and communicative way You are motivated, reliable and flexible
