Project management of demanding construction projects in the hospital and laboratory area from the tender to the handover Leadership and promotion of the further development of project staff Management of costs, dates and quality Technical, economic and organizational construction consulting Ensuring performance quality and performance Subsequent preparation and negotiations with the client

Studies: A completed study in the field of civil engineering or architecture forms the basis for the activity. Experience: At least 10 years of experience in the HOAI performance phases 6-8 in the hospital and laboratory area are required. Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge in the right to work contracts and well-founded experience in the project and planning coordination of medical and laboratory facilities. Leadership competence: experience in managing project teams as well as in the representation of builders. Communication: negotiating security and strong communication strength. Coordination: Your experience in coordinating all project participants ensures efficient cooperation and smooth project progress.
