In-house technician – managerial function (m/f/d)

Your tasks

Responsibility: They are responsible for the management and coordination of a small house technology team to ensure the safe, economical and sustainable operation of our building facilities. Regular testing and control procedures as well as minor maintenance work are part of your everyday life as well as careful documentation.

**Repair work, installations and maintenance can be mastered with know-how and insight. Whether it is about eliminating faults or exchanging defective components.

Coordination & Collaboration:For the support of external companies, you keep an overview, agree closely with the areas, ensure compliance with the standards through continuous quality controls and ensure the smooth running of all measures.
