IT Solution Architect DACH (m/f/d)

You work with the competencies of other disciplines to develop cross-border strategies and concepts

You are a link for technological issues between sales, service and support within the IT service area

Create new technological concepts for the Managed Services area to further increase the efficiency and quality of the services offered

You are responsible for the analysis of existing customer environments as a basis for system renewals at our managed services customers

You accompany customer presentations as a sales, technical expert for our managed services offered

You will participate in the strategic and technical development of our IT portfolio

You develop sales concepts (best practices) and support in the sales phase, especially in Calls for tenders (e.g. specifying concrete lists, technical design checks)

With your know-how, you support the creation of implementation and operating concepts (supporting specific, complex projects / tasks)

Training as a specialist, a completed technical study or comparable qualifications

At least 5 years of professional experience in technical presales or comparable experience as an experienced IT architect

Wide know-how to various IT technologies such as storage, SAN, virtualization, backup, databases and networks

Know-How and Analytical Approach in the Creation of Technical Solution Concepts

Experience with the design of modern and automatable IT structures

Experience in the processing of complex alerts

A high level of reliability and initiative

Very good communication skills and strong team orientation are your strengths

Very good knowledge of German and English
