In your new role in Europe's largest housing group, you support the employees: inside and specialist departments of Vonovia to provide service-oriented, telephone support in 1st and 2nd levels To do this, you document and select the support requests in our ticket system Your further tasks include analyzing errors and detecting and eliminating disturbances, problems and bottlenecks.
