Management of international customer projects in the agreed time, cost and quality framework Individual customer projects, in the country, in the air, under and on the water, which offer creative solutions and exciting challenges Takeover of control of the entire project environment, internal and external communication and decision and contract management Responsibility for the technical and organizational coordination of the project team incl. Evaluation and coordination of additional system partners and suppliers worldwide Integration of products and services of the companies belonging to the PLATH Group in different platforms, e.g. vehicles and vehicle structures, together with partners and suppliers to be coordinated Development of individual system concepts with the customer Consulting, support and support of our customers and sales Management of internal and external reporting to all stakeholders After-calculation, project analysis and transfer of the systems removed from the customer to our after-sales service Identification of follow-up topics in projects to advance internal processes

Successfully completed studies in the field of news technology, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or related courses Multiannual experience in the (technical) implementation of complex, expressive system projects in the international environment, like in the defense field and using state-of-the-art project management processes and methods Technical and practical experience from a challenging, internationally oriented integration environment with high process and quality requirements (e.g. RF, Automotive Technology) incl. Control of subcontractors Very good knowledge of German and English, further language skills of advantage Willingness to travel worldwide (up to 25%) Structured predictive working methods, very high self-responsibility, consistent appearance and very good communication skills Ideally internationally recognized certification according to IPMA or PMI
