• You have a completed training in a technical or craft occupation, preferably in the electrical or HLS-works/at least electrical aid certificate Ideally, you have a further education as a building engineer (m/w/d) or as a safety officer (m/w/d) ability and willingness to communicate and cooperate with residents whose relatives, employees and superiors are your own You have social competence, team and organizational ability, sense of responsibility and resilience Initiative, willingness to use, friendly appearanceFor reasons of better legibility, only the male form is used.
