Your tasks as real estate manager:

• Commercial handling of the house administration for the assigned objects (approximately 50% rental and 50% WEG)
• Coordination of maintenance, repairs and rebuilding measures
• commissioning and control of craftsmen and technical and infrastructure service providers
• acceptance of the commissioned measures and audit and approval
• Self-employed selection of tenants as well as complete and cancel rental contracts
• Implementation of housing transfers and withdrawals
• Preparing, performing and reworking of housing owners' meetings
• settlement of the resulting telephone and written correspondence for the supervised objects

Your knowledge and skills:

• Completed training as a real estate businessman (m/w/d) and/or at least 1-2 years of professional experience in real estate
• Secure handling of current MS Office applications
• knowledge of the management software Hausbank Munich
• Customer-oriented and safe occurrence
• Self-employed, structured and responsible work
