Bring your expertise as an experienced project manager / superstructure manager for technical building equipment in the electrical engineering plant and design the future of the industry with us! As project manager:in TGA electrical engineering, you monitor the entire execution process for our demanding industrial construction projects throughout Germany. Your location? You decide! Responsible takeover of TGA Elektro technical engineering monitoring for complex (large) construction projects of industry Conducting and developing the corresponding internal and external project teams and/or the construction site personnel in the assigned area Ensure compliance with project objectives, economic development of projects within the specified fee framework and monitoring the project budget Secure and sound application of cost, supplemental and change management Participation in the creation, organisation and optimization of project processes and ensuring compliance with all safety requirements Staff management and development, moderation of project meetings and maintenance of customer relationships

Complete study of the field of process, supply, or electrical engineering or technician/master degree in the field of electrical engineering or comparable Multiannual experience in the processing of industrial projects, e.g. as a construction manager, (over) construction manager, project manager or comparable, ideally in the semiconductor, battery, life science, pharmaceutical, chemistry, plant engineering and/or process engineering sectors Experience in the leadership of project teams and entrepreneurs as well as a pronounced entrepreneurial and communicative thinking and working methods Safe knowledge and application of VOB, HOAI and other common regulations of German construction readiness to project-related travel and regular construction site operations throughout the federal territory
