Friendly reception and care of parents, pupils:inside, artists:inside and guests Operation of the telephone center and processing of incoming emails Provision of drinks and general service for students: women, parents and teachers Spatial organization and appointment with school management Processing of mailing and exits and ordering of office materials Coordination of the daily business in cooperation with Facility Management, School Management and General Affairs Maintenance of databases and storage systems (including invoice processing, possibly SAP) Preparation of evaluations and documentation for Yamaha FLEX and iMikel Contract management (Yamaha FLEX/external agency/iMikel) Interface function for all requests related to Yamaha FLEX Organizing and preparing Music Camps, Workshops, Events and Master Classes in coordination with teachers and school management Time-limit monitoring and appointment in the YMS context

Closed commercial training, as an alternative university degree focusing on human resources Relevant professional experience in a comparable position in an international environment Safe handling of Office 365, especially MS Excel Negotiating Business English Knowledge Analytical approach and safe handling of numbers Embossed communication and contact capability independent and conscientious working, even in stressful situations, as well as high care, reliability and discretion Team spirit and strong service orientation
