• Development and adaptation of training processes at group level

• Planning and evaluation of seminars and trainings based on training needs

• Project cooperation in personnel development and academy as well as the acquisition of planning tasks in major projects

• Event organization including invitations, registration and cancellations as well as documentation of training certificates and certificates
