Team Lead Payroll (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the timely and high-quality preparatory pay billing and provide all billing-relevant data for external service providers.

You control the cooperation with external payroll service providers as a central specialist.

You analyze and optimize payroll and preparation processes and continuously develop them.

You participate in monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and accompany professional audits.

You advise employees on salary, tax and social insurance issues.

You are working on complex topics such as occupational pensions, allowances and variable remuneration.

You take on the professional leadership of the Payroll team, support colleagues in complex cases and actively develop team structures and working methods.

You have a completed commercial training, ideally supplemented by a qualifying training in the area of payroll or payroll. You bring multi-year, well-founded professional experience in the (preparing) pay bill and feel safe in a senior roll. You already have experience in the technical guidance, coordination or leadership of colleagues: inside and perform as a team leader. You have very good knowledge of wage tax, social security and collective bargaining law and use it safely in practice. You work routined with payroll systems like ADP Paisy, DATEV or comparable tools as well as MS Excel and ideally have experience with ATOSS or SAP SuccessFactors. You are convinced by a structured, careful and self-responsive way of working, as well as a high level of quality and service. You are characterized by clear communication, strength of enforcement and joy in cross-departmental cooperation. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
