Technical Project Manager - Construction Projects (m/f/d)

Successfully manage projects You take over the independent management of demanding construction and furniture construction projects from contract assignment to successful implementation. You are responsible for dates, costs, quality and resources and ensure a smooth project run. You coordinate internal departments, external partners and suppliers and ensure efficient cooperation between all project participants.

Support and advise customers You are central to our customers throughout the entire project. You recognize requirements early on, develop practical solutions and ensure professional implementation. You build long-term customer relationships and actively contribute to high customer satisfaction.

Coordinating technical projects You evaluate technical requirements, accompany the planning and make sound technical decisions. You control the creation of technical drawings and production documents in cooperation with our team of technical designers. You accompany the implementation until successful acceptance and ensure compliance with our quality standards.

Education & qualification Complete technical studies (e.g. engineering, interior construction, wood engineering, mechanical engineering or similar).

Project Management Multiannual professional experience in the management of technical projects, ideally in the construction, interior design, furniture construction or related environment. Experience in managing project teams as well as managing customers, suppliers and other project participants. Embossed organisational skills and a secure sense of priorities, dates and budgets.

Technical understanding High technical understanding as well as the ability to evaluate technical relationships and make decisions. Experience in handling CAD systems (preferably SolidWorks) is advantageous

Personality Entrepreneurial thinking, high self-responsibility and pronounced solution orientation. Structured and independent operation and sovereign appearance towards customers and project partners. Communication strength, negotiation skills and team skills.

Language skills Good knowledge of English in word and writing for cooperation in international projects.
