For the organization unit ZV risk control and compliance, we are looking for the next possible appointment for the Hannover, Münster or Frankfurt am Main site .

The relevant compliance systems for payment transactions are developed in the area of ZV risk management and compliance. We employ money laundering, KWG24c, Embargo, GTVO, gambling through prevention systems such as PPZV and CoRD via the related AI applications such as KIWI,KEA and EMU. There are currently extensions for WERO, PSR and the digital EURO. We are looking for a dedicated employee (m/w/d) of the experience in the field of compliance projects and are looking after projects in the field of GWG/KWG24c.

Conducting critical compliance projects and accompanying the rollout Coordination and control of holistic measures and control of manufacturers of our applications Coordination of cross-departmental cooperation, in particular the production of our applications and the introduction of new technologies Development and management of new subjects and preparation and implementation of steering committees at management level Control of projects focusing on interface management, budget control and time management Creation and presentation of reports with comprehensive communication and coordination at different levels of decision Result and target controlling for the overall project as well as support and advice of the department manager in strategic tasks

Successfully completed studies (e.g. in BWL, Economy, Bank) or comparable training Mind. 6 years of professional experience and extensive experience in project management or consulting Customer-oriented thinking and acting as well as analytical and conceptual approach to developing, advancing and implementing solutions in the sense of savings banks and financial information technology Safe appearance and pronounced presentation strength and communication skills Teamability and social competence in dealing with a wide range of interlocutors as well as enforcement and conflictability Knowledge of financial services processes and structures A high level of self-initiative, self-employment and reliability as well as readiness for regular travel activities
