As Division Manager Catering (m/w/d), you take over the operational and strategic responsibility for several catering locations in Thuringia, Saxony and Bavaria. Your tasks include: Leadership, motivation and further development of operational management Ensuring a smooth operating daily business Responsibility for sales, costs and results of your responsibility Analysis of economic indicators and implementation of appropriate optimization measures Ensuring and further developing our quality, hygiene and service standards Supporting existing customers and building sustainable customer relationships Accompanying tenders, offerings and implementing new projects Planning and implementation of change and optimization processes

Successfully completed training in gastronomy Continuing training on the kitchen master, hotel business or a comparable qualification is desirable Multiannual leadership experience in gastronomy, community service or system gastronomy Experience in controlling multiple locations High economic competence and strong numerical understanding Communication strength, decision-making pleasure and a motivating leadership style Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Safe handling of current MS365 applications Readiness to travel within the region of Thuringia, Saxony and Bavaria Class B driving licence
