You accompany and control various measures focusing on change management and communication. Together with the Agile Coaches of the transformation teams, you will ensure a holistic approach to change and communication. You are responsible for the further development and implementation of a comprehensive change management and a communication concept. You design IT-wide formats and measures that provide across-the-range impulses (e.g. change blog, Q&A sessions, best practices, etc.). You organise and carry out lectures and workshops that address both experts and management and range from technical content to methodological questions. You advise stakeholders of different hierarchical levels with regard to agility and agile transformation.

Master or equivalent degree in a subject area relevant to the position (e.g. business management, project management, organisational development, change and process management) Very good knowledge of the management of classical and agile projects with a focus on change management; Multiannual experience is beneficial Very good knowledge and comprehensive experience in the use of agile approaches and methods including appropriate certifications Enough experience in change management of large complex organizations Good knowledge of relevant methods and tools for communicative monitoring of change processes as well as for agile cooperation incl. scaling within an organization Embossed analytical and conceptual skills combined with presentation and communication skills as well as high autonomy Embossed skills to structure complex facts and problems and to translate them into suitable (IT) solutions Very good communication skills in German and good English skills
