Your Tasks Proven expertise in developing interior components from concept development to series production, including supplier nomination processes
Extensive knowledge in truck interior development, including cross--functional collaboration—i.e., complete vehicle layout analysis, section book creation, balancing different properties, and guiding concept development to serial production
Define and priority team deliverables based on customer value, quality, timing, and cost
Act as the main customer representative and point of contact for stakeholders and line management
Initiate activities and manage risk mitigation related to budget and quality
Own and align the team road map with capacity and the overarching VCT/VCF roadmap
Prioritize the team backlog considering value, resources and investment
Coordinate roadmap and customer topics across teams, including outside VCT/VCF
Ensure delivery of customer value and continuous value maximization
Lead and coach international cross-functional teams to improve performance over time
Collaborate closely with Scrum Masters, Product Managers, Solution Managers, Line Management, and cross-functional stakeholders
Proven expertise in managing suppliers and resolving conflicts
Concept variant management, Tool/Graining Releases, leading the team to contribute to creating PDf, ODf, PD, DVP, PPAP etc.
Skilled in presenting product concept challenges, property balancing, and conflict management to VCT/VCF TM, BPR, and cross-functional stakeholders
Your Qualification Solid technical knowledge of commercial vehicle interior components
Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in commercial vehicle interior design and development
Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor's level or higher)
Proven ability to oversee and coordinate R&D-related tasks with TRATON suppliers
Strong preference for applicants with hands-on TG3 complete cab development expertise.
Experience with TRATON VCT/VCF structure, agile workflows, PI Planning, and Grand Demo Events, synchronized via JIRA tool
Strong understanding of TRATON/MAN end-to-end vehicle development processes (One PDP, PEP) and practical experience at MAN global R&D sites and other commercial vehicle products.
Team player leadership experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to facilitate discussions and workshops
Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills to maintain cross-functional team alignment
Proven ability to balance cost, timing, and quality to meet project goals effectively
Ability to work across time zones, traveling, maintaining and resilience in a dynamic environment
fluency in English and German required; knowledge of Turkish and/or Polish is highly desirable for global collaboration
Experience with TRATON systems
Well-developed internal network within MAN, Scania, and TRATON R&D structures
Professional in MS Office, CATIA V5, and TRATON R&D internal tools such as Cplace, SRM, ENOVIA, OAS, ELANIS, EZIS, JNDS, TEVIS, FRAS, etc.
