A completed training in a nursing profession (e.g. health care and nursing) and ideally a continuous or completed study in the health field, such as nursing education, medical education or professional education. Alternatively, a bachelor's degree in a professional course with basic pedagogical qualification (about 400 hours) or the willingness to complete a master's degree in nursing education, medical pedagogy or professional education – because continuous further development is important to us. First experience as a nursing teacher, lecturer or teacher for nursing professions (m/w/d) is welcome to us, but above all it is important for us to enjoy teaching and openness for new forms of learning. A real interest in co-operation, appreciation in handling and willingness to grow together with our team and the participants
