Strategic advice and close cooperation with the executives in all personal topics along the Employee Lifecycles Development and implementation of modern HR instruments in the fields of talent management, organisational development and employee retention Control and support of change processes and sustainable transformation projects Active participation in the development and implementation of our employer branding and recruiting strategies Impulse for a future-oriented, diverse and inclusive corporate culture

Multiannual experience as HR Business Partner or in a comparable generalistic HR role Knowledge of working law and modern HR methods and tools First leadership experience with high coaching skills Ability to think strategically and implement pragmatically at the same time · Communication strength, persuasiveness and a high degree of empathy Ideally experience in the technical or service environment
