Business Partner Budget and Finance - unlimited (m/f/d)

You are the central contact person:in the organisations assigned to you and combine economic expertise with consulting at eye level. You will not only keep in mind numbers, but also people and structures. In your role, you will guide an interdisciplinary team and manage the budgeting and the preparation of the annual accounts for the organisations assigned to you on the basis of the doppical accounting. You advise ecclesiastical bodies competently in financial and legal issues and actively accompany decision-making – also through your participation in meetings. You implement new legal requirements (e.g. sales tax) in a practical way, develop processes actively and stand as service-oriented, high-resolution contact persons: at eye level – the application for funding is a supporting part of your area of responsibility.

Successfully completed commercial vocational training, ideally with further qualification in the field of business management / administration and the like. Extensive business knowledge, especially in commercial accounting Experience in the production of annual accounts, budgets and income statements Ideally knowledge of ecclesiastical structures and the local church law digital affinity: You master common tools (MS Office etc.), desirable are experiences with Infoma You communicate safely, advise competently and act consistently service-oriented You work independently, think solution-oriented and bring team spirit, creativity and flexibility together
