As (Senior) Manager Turnaround & Restructuring (m/w/d), you accompany clients in the context of refurbishments, restructurings, insolvency and liquidations - and thus contribute to sustainable decisions and targeted solutions. Management: In your management function, you are responsible for restructuring projects in close cooperation with the Deloitte Expert: women from sales, logistics, purchasing, IT or finance. Analysis: You judge existing alternatives for action such as corporate continuation through sustainable refurbishment, corporate (partial) sales, insolvency or liquidation. Consultation: Based on this data, you work on complex issues and develop solutions for critical business situations or business areas. Support: In the process and organization development and implementation of solution concepts, you advise and support clients with training and coaching. Perspective: With your team, you are constantly developing the applied methods, expanding existing customer relationships and supporting new customers.

Successful completion in economic or legal sciences, in industrial engineering or comparable, multiannual relevant professional experience Good knowledge in areas such as restructuring / rehabilitation, controlling, participation controlling / (inhouse) consulting lust for challenging projects with BWL and partly also legal background, high level of pragmatic implementation orientation and relevant project experience High commitment, self-responsibility, design strength and agile functioning, team orientation as well as first experience as leadership, very good MS office skills readiness to travel, as well as pleasure in communication and presentation in German and English (very good in word and writing) in demanding business environments
