Physiotherapist as therapy guide – practice & nursing homes in Frankfurt (m/f/d)

Whole physiotherapy: We're looking for Mitdenker, no processors! Instead of passive “moving” you actively shape the therapy with a focus on participation and quality of life according to ICF. Real therapy instead of conveyor belt: You shape resource-oriented individual and group therapies with sufficient buffer times between dates. Your heart topic: Whether Bobath/PNF, Manual Therapy (MT), Vojta or Manual Lymph drainage (MLD) or any other technical focus - we integrate your special area. Interprofessional teamwork: Exchange with your colleagues or other professionals for a sustainable transfer of the therapies success. This network time is 100% working time for us. Consultancy & Instructions: You strengthen parents, relatives or specialist personnel through targeted guidance (e.g. transfer training) and make them co-therapy. Long-term support: You are partly concerned with complex neurological processes in co-operating facilities, motivating yourself to the small advances in everyday life (e.g.: wake-coma patient reacts).

The basis: A completed training or a study in physiotherapy. Special emphasis: You have a real interest in neurology and geriatrics. Training courses in Bobath/ PNF or Vojta are a great plus, but no need! Posture: Curiosity, joy in relationship building as well as an interdisciplinary, patient-centric working. Self-organization: Since you are also on the move in our co-operating facilities in Frankfurt, you will participate in your own responsibility. Lotsen-Mindset: You have a look for the big whole and get your patient's environment actively involved.
