Consultant Multi-Project Management (m/f/d)

Development and maintenance of a standardized project and portfolio reporting system for management Creation of management-oriented decision-making templates for management (e.g. project launches, project continuation, prioritizations and adjustments of scale, time and budget) Definition and continuous development of criteria and key figures (KPIs) for evaluation and comparability of projects Coordination and moderation of the information and coordination process between management, project management and specialist areas – in particular for strategically relevant and cross-disciplinary projects Preparation, organisation and follow-up of project and portfolio meetings (e.g. portfolio boards, steering committees, review rounds), including agenda, documentation, decisions and follow-up of actions Regular and regulatory analysis of the project portfolio (including resource utilization, dates, costs, achievement of targets, risks) Development of scenarios and action options (e.g. repriorisation, bundling or sequencing of projects, adaptation of project objectives) including assessment of the impact on strategy, operation and resources Development of the project management framework and knowledge management Representation of tasks in the management of tasks

Complete university studies, e.g. in the field of economic engineering, civil engineering, transport, architecture or a comparable qualification Ideally knowledge in the ÖPNV, municipal environment or public sector Funded project management and control expertise in cooperation with technical departments, ideally experience as Project Management Officer (PMO) Experience in reporting and the preparation of decision-making documents for management Safe handling of key figures, analyses and reporting Designed analytical and conceptual skills and communication strength Safe and sovereign appearance at all hierarchical levels Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
