Your tasks: Coordination of meetings of our board, board and committees logging, preparation and follow-up of board meetings Administration and maintenance of the secure data area for the digital organization of the meetings of our Executive Board, our Board of Directors and its committees as well as a further IT application for the planning, implementation and documentation of the Board meetings Record regulatory and legal changes in responsibility as well as make or coordinate necessary adjustments Edit correspondence with the sponsors of the Sparkassen, the Sparkassenverband and the Sparkassen- and Banks Supervision Edit publications for the Bundesanzeiger and the Handelsregister Maintain signature directories and the central contract database of the Sparkasse Maintain terms and conditions, price and performance directory, price tableau, pre-contractual terms and price tags and take into account legal requirements Your profile:
