Administrator for the area of weapons and explosives law (m/f/d)

For the Landratsamt Ebersberg we are looking for one or more

indefinitely in parttime with 62% (currently 24.8 hours)

issuing and prolonging weapons and explosives licences and certificates (including weapons possession cards, small arms licences, weapons certificates for guards or endangered persons, acquisition rights) Examination of the needs and reliability of applicants Registration and dismantling of weapons in possession cards Acceptance and storage of weapons and ammunition Control of the storage of weapons and ammunition

Successful (currently) completed training as managing director (m/w/d) of the General Internal Administration department or in a comparable field or A successfully completed training as an administrative specialist (m/w/d) (specialized examination I) or successfully filed employee training I (formerly AL I) in the internal administration fulfillment of the personal, civil and collective conditions (including specific pre- and training, runway equality, suitability for health) In addition, we wish: Technical interest and willingness to participate in specialist courses Willingness to participate in external services Joy of teamwork and personal customer contact High self-initiative and self-employment Excellent organisational skills and structured work Responsibility and flexibility
