The Customer Care Specialist (d/f/m) - DACH is responsible for: Order processing: processing of price requests, orders and change orders. Coordination of scheduled deliveries, monitoring of open orders via Sales Force and SAP as well as accounting via SAP R/3, incl. master data Customer contact: receiving and processing incoming emails and customer calls in German and English Sales targets: Close cooperation with production, sales and product management to optimize sales targets Advertising Processing: Processing and tracking of customer complaints and returns in cooperation with our internal suppliers This position is part of the Sales Operations/Customer Care EMEA department, located in Wetzlar, and is an onsite function.
