Project Manager TGA (m/f/d)

Our client is a successful family company in modern engineering timber construction with several locations in Germany and the Netherlands. In the course of further growth, we are exclusively looking for a project manager TGA (m/w/d), who is responsible for and actively shaping the technical building equipment in exciting wood and hybrid construction projects.

In this position you take over the planning and coordination of supply technology and accompany projects from the early stage of the concept to the implementation at the construction site. You are central contact persons for all TGA questions, coordinate technical interfaces and develop economic, sustainable solutions together with customers and internal project teams. You work closely with project management, costing, sales and external planning offices.

Planning and coordination of supply technology (TGA) in demanding timber and hybrid construction projects Central contact for all TGA questions across all project phases Support of customers and development of technical and economic solutions during the project Coordination of technical interfaces between the participating structures Support for costing, cost determination and economic project evaluation Participation in early project phases as well as in tendering and awarding in close coordination with sales, project development and project management

Completed studies, technician or master training in the field of TGA / Supply Technology or comparable Experience in planning or project processing of building equipment Good technical understanding as well as pronounced cost and quality awareness Interest in modern wood and hybrid construction projects and sustainable building concepts Self-employed, structured working and communication and team skills
