The Gastrowelt Mittelhessen is a 100% subsidiary and inclusion company of Lebenshilfe Gießen e.V. and specializes in the hosting of cafeterias and canteens in Gießen and Umgebung.

You bring with:

• A completed vocational training as a cook/cooker
• independent and responsible operation
• Pleasure of the (further) development of food, also for events
• Social commitment and pleasure in work with people with disabilities
• Flexibility and communication skills with good German skills
• Good knowledge of hygiene guidelines (HACCP)

Your tasks include:

• Professional preparation and preparation of all cold and hot dishes
• Creation and further development of the food offer
• Planning of changing offers
• Calculation of menus and organization of catering
• organization of the schedules and working hours in the team
• Orders/goods acceptance/organization/storage
