Customer support with heart and overview You take over the general order processing, address our customers: both by phone and actively support our customer service team in the daily business. Advertising management along the entire supply chain From the supplier ramp to the restaurant at the end customer: You carefully process and follow complaints and care for transparent solutions. How to handle accidents You coordinate the processing of accidental damage and check violations of customer requirements in the inbound area – structured, solution-oriented and with clear attention to detail. Secure quality through goods locks You support the coordination of goods locks and make sure that only perfect products are delivered to our customers. KPI Reporting & Quality Optimization You're puggling KPI reports, analyzing key figures and actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our claim management. Interface function & cooperation You work closely with operations, internal specialist departments as well as with the QA departments of our customers and suppliers and ensure a smooth flow of information. Documentation and operational implementation You ensure complete documentation of all relevant processes and take care of the operational handling of complaints.

You have a completed commercial training and bring first professional experience in customer service, customer service or complaint management – ideally in the food industry You have very good knowledge of process optimization and KPI reporting, especially in Excel You have experience in working with different stakeholders, especially with Operations and QA departments You convince by analytical strength and a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working You draw from communication strength, strong service orientation and team spirit Regularly (approximately 8-10 times a year) you will use a mobile office from 8:00 to 12:00 on Saturdays. You speak German and English fluently in word and writing
