As a project manager (m/w/d), you take over the economic, timely and regulatory engineering support of network investment, connection and relocation projects in the area of district heating – from execution planning to realization – and are the link between customers, internal departments and external service providers. Project work: You coordinate the transferred construction projects from budget and scheduling to supplementary management to billing – and thus tax projects far beyond the classic building management. Procurement and award: You participate in tenders and awards, prepare them and implement contract awards to framework contract firms (phases of performance 6 to 7 HOAI) – in close cooperation with the purchase. Construction monitoring: You monitor the professional execution of the construction projects according to generally accepted standards and guidelines, the requirements of the network companies and the provisions of the occupational safety (performance phase 8 HOAI). Construction removal: You carry out decreases, monitor the deficiencies elimination and perform the performance of plant parts and entire plants (performance phase 9 HOAI). Quality and regulatory compliance: You ensure compliance with building and security regulations and legal and contractual requirements.

Training: You bring a technical/university degree in one of the fields of energy and environmental technology, utility or process engineering, civil engineering (infrastructure or civil engineering) or have a corresponding master/technical training in conjunction with professional experience in civil and pipeline engineering. Knowledge: It is advantageous if you are already familiar with the regulations for energy suppliers (e.g. DVGW, VDE, NAV, NDAV, HOAI, VOB and relevant standards). Software: The handling of MS Office applications is obvious to you. You are also interested in using GIS, SAP and calculation programs in your daily work. Soft Skills: You have good communication skills and an interest in personal and telephone handling with customers and service providers. With your team orientation, willingness to use and independent working, you enrich our team. On Top: Good communication capability and at least the driving licence Class B (old: Class 3) complete your profile.
