The successful operation after the rollout is just as important as the implementation itself. As Application Engineer Operations & Integration, you play a key role in the stability and performance of our new Blue Yonder (BY) Forecast & Replenishment solution. You are our ''Site Reliability Engineer'' with a focus on IT operations that ensures smooth interface integration and stable R&R operation.

IT Operations & Stability: You are responsible for the stable, high-availability operation of our applications in the Supply Chain Tech Stack, focusing on Blue Yonder's Forecast & Replenishment Solution and continuously developing preventive system stabilization measures

2nd Level Support: You take the deep root analysis and troubleshooting in the 2nd and 3rd level support environment for the OBI Forecast & Replenishment Platform and its integration into the entire OBI Tech landscape

Interface integration: You are the technical expert:in the connection and monitoring of all critical interfaces (e.g. to Microsoft D365, Snowflake) from and to the supply chain applications

Monitoring & Automation: You design and implement proactive monitoring solutions and use them to automate routine tasks (e.g. Deployment, Health Checks)

Operational documentation: You create comprehensive operating manuals, runbooks and emergency plans - and you also document Incidents and expand our knowledge base

You have several years of professional experience in IT Operations, Application Management or as (DevOps) System Engineer, preferably in ERP or SCM environment

Accordingly, you have proven experience in supporting Forecast & Replenishment solutions, ideally with Blue Yonder (BY), or comparable cloud-based enterprise solutions with

Knowledge of D365 F&O would be desirable

Technical know-how in the areas of interface technologies (e.g. API Management, Middleware, Messaging Systems) and cloud infrastructure (e.g. Azure, GCP) are also desirable

You bring experience in building and building up monitoring solutions (e.g. Grafana, ELK-Stack)

You work structured, analytic and are ready to support outside core working times if necessary (e.g. in rollout activities or critical disturbances)
