The Maternushaus is a meeting center of the Archdiocese of Cologne. Specialized in the implementation of conferences and seminars, it has 13 meeting rooms for 8 to 500 people, 63 modern hotel rooms, a public restaurant with a capacity of 320 seats, two club rooms, two scissors, a bar and a chapel. The Maternushaus was rated by the German Hotel and Restaurant Association with *** Superior.

Task profile:

• Responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen under consideration of requirements
• Cleaning of all the dishes of the restaurant and the kitchen in compliance with the statutory hygiene regulations
• Removal of the cleaned dishes
• dishwasher cleaning
• Daily basic cleaning of floors in the kitchen and adjacent rooms
• Creation of storage requirements for rinsing and cleaning agents
• Dispose of waste (old paper, glass, food residues etc.)
• Auxiliary activities throughout the kitchen area
