Information Security Strategy & Policy: Development, Care and Continuous Development of the Information Security Strategy and the related guidelines and guidelines Risk analysis & risk management: implementation of risk analyses, assessment of information security risks and development of effective risk mitigation measures Audits & ISMS Further development: Planning, implementation and follow-up of internal security audits and coordination of external audits and derivation of continuous improvements in ISMS Assessment and improvement of the safety situation: regular analysis of existing information security measures, identification of vulnerabilities and derivation of targeted improvement measures Standards, Processes & Compliance: Responsibility for implementation, monitoring and further development of safety standards, processes and procedures to meet legal, regulatory and industry-specific requirements Interfaces & Reporting: Close coordination with subsidiaries, business units and departments for integrating information security requirements in projects and processes as well as regular reporting to the Head of Corporate Security & Data Protection

Complete study of (economic) informatics, information security or a comparable qualification Understanding information security concepts, in particular ISMS, risk management, threat analysis, compliance, data protection and relevant IT security standards (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001) Outstanding analytical capabilities to assess risks, vulnerabilities and security incidents Good technical basic understanding and knowledge in the ServiceNow-GRC environment are desirable Very good communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to present complex issues in line with the address Good knowledge of English in word and writing for internal and external exchange
