Proactive identification and direct address of suitable talents via different channels, in particular LinkedIn Recruiter Building and maintenance of talent pools for commercial, construction and commercial target groups Implementation of initial discussions to qualify potential candidates Close cooperation with our recruiters and specialist areas for the coordination of search profiles and requirements Care and documentation of candidate contacts in the applicant management system Support for career fairs and recruiting events Analysis of relevant talent markets and derivation of appropriate sourcing measures

Completed commercial training or completed studies with a focus on personnel or business or a comparable qualification At least 3 years of professional experience in Active Sourcing, ideally in a technically shaped environment Found experience in the direct language of specialists and executives via LinkedIn Recruiter or other relevant platforms Embossed sense for candidate markets and target group-oriented approach Safe handling of applicant management and recruiting systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors Structured, independent and service-oriented operation High communication strength, persuasiveness and joy in networking Very good German knowledge in word and writing, English knowledge of advantage Willingness to occasionally travel during the incorporation and, if necessary, to our sites
