Your duties

• Enrich the evening hours of our residents with your commitment and expertise. • Take on your own the qualified basic and treatment care and accompany therapeutic measures. • Support a structured night rest and promote the individual participation of our residents. • Advise our residents on health issues and help members as a trusted contact person. • Get actively involved in our quality assurance and contribute to the continuous development of our processes. • Document the care process according to prescribed and evaluated standards.

Your profile

• You have completed training in nursing care, health care and nursing, for example as a nursing specialist / nursing specialist / nursing nurse / nurse. • You have a willingness to work at night in our facility • Finding knowledge of the activating basic and treatment care according to recognised nursing science standards is a feature. • Responsibility, team spirit and a high level of commitment are your strengths. • They act independently and act openly and constructively with feedback. • An esteeming and empathic approach to elderly and needy people shape your work. • Good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level B2) allows you to communicate safely with residents, relatives and the team.
