This is how you inspire us

• Graduated vocational training in utilities, as sanitary installer or plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air conditioning (m/w/d)
• Adequate expertise in heating and sanitation technology
• Professional experience and practical knowledge of building management
• Basic knowledge in the entire field of building technology, basic knowledge also desirable in preventive fire protection
• Secure handling of MS Office, mobile computer systems and handling of CAFM systems
• Good knowledge of German and foreign languages desirable
• Self-conscious and safe occurrence & a pro-active method
• Driving license class B required

Your responsibility

• Acceptance, forwarding and processing of incoming customer requirements
• Maintenance and inspection of technical installations in the field of sanitary, heating and ventilation
• Repairs to heating, ventilation and sanitary facilities
• Execution of the work according to DIN 31051, here in particular operation, handling, position, maintenance, inspection and operational maintenance at the aforementioned plants
• Support in the guidance, instruction, monitoring and coordination of foreign companies in maintenance and repair work
• Supporting the object operation in the organization of the operation of the technical installations and technical instructions of the masters (m/w/d)
• Perform and maintain fault, testing, maintenance and inspection reports
• Representation of holiday and disease in the premises
• Locations: Rhein-Main-area, Mainz, Wetzlar

• Monday to Friday, 5 days/week
