Become part of CHEFS CULINAR and support us in our new office in Pilsach as a full-time employee (m/w/d) (38,5 h/week). In this versatile position, you are responsible for the administrative care of our employees and ensure a smooth running of all personal processes. From the maintenance of personal master files to the processing of time records and holiday requests, to the production of evaluations and the support in the billing of pay – you keep your back free and are a reliable contact for employees and executives.

You are a contact person for employees and executives in all administrative personnel matters. The maintenance of personnel master files as well as the support in preparing pay billing are part of your task. The control of time records, booking corrections and holiday requests in SEAK is your responsibility. You create certificates, evaluations and other personal-relevant correspondence. The monitoring of deadlines as well as the follow-up of missing documents completes your varied task.

You have a completed commercial training, ideally focusing on staff, office management or a comparable qualification. First experiences in human resources are of advantage, but no need – also motivated professional and cross-income are welcome. A careful, structured and reliable operation as well as a responsible handling of confidential data are the key. Good knowledge of popular MS Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook, will help you. Communication strength, team spirit and joy in dealing with people complete your profile.
