You form our trainees in theory and practice according to the impediment-specific requirements according to the training regulations in the field of automotive mechatronics. You pass on your expertise to our trainees in an operational and everyday manner. You serve and accompany the participants during the internship in our cooperation companies. You determine the individual funding needs of the individual participants and provide skills in the social and life-structural field. You have a completed training as a motor vehicle mechatronicsistin and are masterin or have a comparable qualification (Kfz masterin, motor vehicle technicianin, masterin, masterin in the motor vehicle craftsmanship, etc.) and practical professional experience. You combine friendly and sovereign appearance with communication capability and reliable functioning. You are routined with the MS Office package and have good knowledge of relevant specialist software, such as diagnosis. You have the vocational and vocational education and training qualifications (AEVO) and a supplementary vocational training qualification or are ready to acquire them. You work independently and are motivated, team-ready and ready to use. You have the pleasure of teaching knowledge and promoting young, diverse people and you identify with our aim to train people with disabilities. You have a valid driving licence class B or 3.
