Responsibility: You are responsible for the commercial support of our turnkey construction projects. This includes effective controlling to ensure economic project success Strategic and operational purchasing: You take over the operational purchasing of after-contracting services and actively promote the further development of our strategic purchasing methods Risks under control: You provide reliable risk management in the projects. These include guarantee management, liquidity management and credit quality monitoring of our business partners Legal competence: You are involved in the design of the contract and you are a contact person (m/w/d) in structural questions Projektmanager (m/w/d): You create reports and advise the branch manager strategically in all commercial topics Visit the tour: Perspectively, it is your task to guide buyers and other employees of the business industry professionally and disciplinaryly and to ensure their individual development

You have completed their studies in industrial engineering, in business administration or a comparable qualification Your experience in controlling as well as in the purchase of post-contracting services – ideally as a construction merchant (m/w/d) Project-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking and action You know building processes and contractual relationships and can safely assess them Knowledge in construction is advantageous and facilitates entry Their appearance is self-confident, communicative and powerful – paired with pronounced negotiation skills You work structured, pay-affin and with high commitment, always targeted and solution-oriented
