On behalf of a market-leading company in the field of rail vehicle and steel construction at the Halle site we are looking for you. Become part of the team that manufactures complex rail vehicles, crane systems and heavy steel constructions! They are responsible for the high-quality MAG welding of assemblies and thus make a decisive contribution to the stability and safety of the steel structures.

Your duties

• Welding of non-alloy steel assemblies in the MAG process
• Application of welding positions PA, PB, PF and PE
• Implementation of mounting inserts in the south German space
• Work according to DIN EN ISO 9606-1
• Conduction of inspection (VT) of welds

Your profile

• Experience in steel construction, ideally in crane or rail vehicle construction
• Experience in MAG welding of unalloyed steel
• Secure reading of technical drawings
• Valid welding tests (required)
• German language skills (required)
• Unrestricted travel readiness for mounting inserts
• readiness to work in alternating shift operation
• High quality awareness in the welding seam design
• Precision at work according to technical drawings
• Self-responsive action in assembly inserts
• Compliance with safety requirements
