Team Lead Energy Consulting (m/f/d)

You lead team members, set clear priorities and distribute tasks in line with utilisation and skills. You develop your team through regular feedback, coaching and the joint meeting of specific customer cases. You tax customer requests, offers, reimaginals and ongoing orders and make sure that promises and appointments are met. You advise customers themselves, explain our energy consulting services in a comprehensible manner and guide suitable stakeholders for commissioning. You coordinate cooperation with our energy consultants, clarify open documents and ensure complete handovers. You keep your eye on key figures such as graduation rate, order value, processing level and customer satisfaction and make concrete improvements. You recognize bottlenecks and recurring errors, solve challenging customer cases and improve CRM processes together with your team.

You bring experience in customer consulting, sales or order management of services in need of explanation. You have already led employees or professionally instructed and can show how you improved their development and results. You combine a clear leadership style with reliability, constructive feedback and the willingness to pack yourself. You can capture customer needs, explain services in a comprehensible manner and make conversations binding next steps. You work in a structured manner with key figures and CRM systems and consistently maintain tasks. You are interested in building, energy recovery and energy consulting. Experience in these areas is particularly helpful. You can communicate in German safely and intelligibly, by telephone and in writing, and want to work locally in Walldorf.

42.000 € gross annual fixed salary plus a performance-dependent variable remuneration without upper limit. When reaching the agreed targets, the annual target remuneration is around €70,000 gross, including fixed salary and variable share. Objective compensation is not guaranteed income; more is possible with appropriate power. Regular training: External sales trainers come to us twice a month. You will develop your advice, enrolment and final strength on the basis of specific cases. Individual 1:1 coaching: You receive personal feedback and work specifically on your development fields.
