Technical assistance in construction management (m/f/d)

Your tasks include the creation, maintenance and preparation of project-related documents – from building day reports to performance certificates. Time limits, permits and proofs coordinate reliably and keep in mind all relevant dates. You prepare the correspondence with clients, authorities, after-contractors and suppliers carefully. The team will actively support you in the event of alerts, orders, order assignments and audits. Overviews, lists and project documentation keep you structured and up-to-date. You will also work with the administration of contract and project documents during the assessment and billing. Meetings prepare before and after, create the corresponding logs and coordinate the associated dates. A close cooperation with internal specialist departments and the teams at the construction site is also part of your varied task.
