Then strengthen our team in our headquarters in Rheine-Mesum – as Service Consultant (m/w/d) As a service consultant, you are the central interface between customer and workshop. You accompany our customers on the subject of mobility – from personal vehicle acceptance to common consultation of existing maintenance and repair work to technical assessment on the vehicle. Based on the manufacturer's specifications, you will advise on maintenance volumes, identify possible additional needs directly in the dialog and create matching offers for our customers.

Customer support in all phases of the service process from dialogue acceptance to vehicle return Active marketing of service and repair services Order and appointment tracking including quality control Auditing and reporting Ensuring customer mobility Ensuring customer satisfaction and professional complaint management

Technical training with professional experience in motor vehicles as a service consultant or higher Projektleiter (m/w/d) Market and industry knowledge desirable Embossed contact joy and customer orientation Impressive team spirit with the ability and willingness to network with other business areas in the car house Commitment, resilience and readiness for learning and performance
