(Senior) Lean & Training Manager – Focus on Training (m/f/d)

You bring structure into complex processes, accompany the teams at our Germany-wide logistics locations of the Contract and Automobile divisions on site and secure the quality in our BLG production system through uniform standards. The following tasks await you: Project management in Anlaufen: You run or accompany the training subproject in new business operations together with other project participants – from the design phase to the structured start of the employees on site. Concepts and standards: You develop concepts and binding standards – analogue to digital – for example, train-the-trainer formats, process knowledge transfer, onboarding structures or training materials and transfer them to the organization. Training performance: You conceptually design high-quality formats in the context of the BLG production system for operative employees, professional and disciplinary executives as well as management – and carry them through with passion. Location networking: You are the central contact person for training managers at our Germany-wide locations, control the professional exchange and actively promote the transfer of good practices within the community. Strategic interface function: As a link between operational business and central areas, you will introduce the different perspectives and needs into strategic concepts and will help you shape business-wide.

Find the following profile: Education: You have successfully completed your studies in the field of adult education, economic psychology, business management or a comparable qualification. Professional experience: You bring well-founded professional experience in the areas of training, learning & development (L&D) and project management – ideally in the context of new operational approaches or logistics. Expertise and methods: You have deep knowledge of adult education and modern didactics and methodology. It is easy for you to prepare complex logistical processes according to the recipient and to develop target-group-oriented learning formats (e.g. presence, e-learning, blended learning). Personality and appearance: You perform training with real passion, act sovereignly on all hierarchical levels and bring a high level of moderation. At the same time, as an organizational institution, you always keep an overview in co-ordination-intensive project phases. Tools and mobility: MS PowerPoint and Excel use routined. We require the flow of German knowledge and the pleasure of occasional service trips to our nationwide locations.
