The heart-surgical intensive care unit is identified with 12 treatment beds and provides patients with complex cardiovascular diseases. The station offers specialized monitoring and care for patients: within demanding heart surgery, such as bypass surgery or heart valve replacement. Patients are supported by individually adapted ventilation and weaning processes to improve their breathing function. The station allows the use of modern technologies such as extracorporeal membrane oxidation (ECMO) or dialysis methods. The implementation of the latest nursing and medical standards ensures high-quality, safe care.
