In our highly automated production environment for the production of bodywork replacement parts, you take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a master area. The heart of your area of responsibility is a modern, powerful conveyor and material flow technology that allows you to control, develop and continuously optimize. Guided tour & organization Leadership of a production team including personnel deployment planning Guidance, promotion and motivation of employees Ensuring efficient layer and capacity management Production & Plant Responsibility Ensuring stable production and material flow within automated conveyor lines Responsibility for delivery performance, product quality and achievement Control and optimization of production processes, cycle times and material delivery Ensuring Just-in-Time/Just-in-Sequence Supply of Production Lines Coordination of measures in case of malfunctions or bottlenecks in coordination with maintenance and logistics Participation in the further development of digital production and material flow control systems (e.g. MES, BDE, SAP, Digital Twin) Continuous improvement of production and logistics processes (Lean/KVP) Quality & Process Optimization Monitoring of measurement reports and initiation of corrective measures Analysis of process indicators as well as derivation and implementation of sustainable improvements

Completed technical training (min. 3 years) with training to the industrial or logistics master (w/m/d) or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the production environment, ideal in body construction or in a highly automated production area Experience in handling automated conveyor systems as well as modern production control systems Safe handling of MS Office; SAP S/4HANA knowledge desirable Structured, self-sponsored operation and pronounced organizational capacity Leadership competence, communication strength and enforcement capability
