To support our area in Berlin, we are looking for a project manager:in (m/w/d), who implements and develops the topics of digitalization, BIM and construction processes directly on our construction sites. In this role, you take over the interface between the construction site and the business development staff department and actively contribute to the digital development of our projects. The following focuses on the content of your work area: You accompany and support our construction site teams in the introduction and application of BIM methods in the construction design You implement central strategic requirements in the areas of digitalization directly on the construction sites You coordinate continuous process improvement measures and promote knowledge transfer within the team You work closely with the Business Development and relevant Group Interfaces division You initiate training, moderate workshops and support in the evaluation of key figures

You have completed their studies in the field of civil engineering, industrial engineering, etc. You bring experience in the construction process and ideally in the application of BIM and Lean methods with You are interested in future-oriented topics and fun to put new processes into practice You communicate convincingly, work solution-oriented and advance projects structuredly You are sure to deal with digital tools and bring high affinity for innovation in construction
