Technical complete line from conception to rollout (incl. front end components, backend, API loaders and microservices) Define and implement architecture for modular, scalable and future-oriented software The developer team lead, coach and continuously develop and actively promote an innovative team dynamic Ensure effective cooperation between technology and product management (roadmap, feature privilege, AI-based innovations) End-to-end management for releases (Azure DevOps, CI/CD to Rollout) Ensuring code quality, wartability, testing and documentation Drive AI-based product innovations in cloud and data platform environments (e.g. detection, forecasting, matching, recommendations) Introduction and continuously improve AI-based development processes (tooling, automation, standards)

Experience in development with .NET & C# (ideally from .NET 6) Experience with CI/CD and deployment pipelines (e.g. Azure DevOps) Practice with container and cloud environments (Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Hosting) Leadership Experience or Clear Track Record as Senior Developer with Ownership/Coaching Responsibility Technical understanding of modern full-stack architectures (incl. frontend) Practical experience or strong motivation in the field of AI/ML, cloud services or data engineering Analytical strength, pragmatic approaches and high quality standards Great openness and curiosity to use AI approaches productively Very good to fluent German skills (C1 level)
