HSE - Project Manager

You take the advice of corporate management on strategic and operational HSE topics at Group level You coordinate cross-border HSE projects – both nationally and internationally In your role, you take on the function of the management officer* for the certified HSE management system (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001) You support the planning, implementation and documentation of internal HSE audits In addition to the further development of the HSE controller, you’ll take part in global governance You are responsible for the maintenance and continuous optimization of the HSE management system including management reviews At national and international level, you are actively involved in the design and implementation of HSE training

You have a degree in engineering or natural science or a comparable qualification You have additional qualifications in the HSE environment (e.g. as an internal auditor, management officer or specialist for occupational safety) You are convinced with well-founded knowledge of working, health and environmental protection and with well-founded experience in the care of certified HSE management systems – ideally in the industrial environment The management of global HSE projects and the implementation of audits are practiced for you When dealing with authorities, offices and professional associations, you feel safe A structured, solution-oriented way of working, combined with communication strength, empathy and the need to anchor changes sustainably, is your You have a valid passenger car license (class B) You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing You're interested, but don't you meet all the requirements?
