As a working student in purchasing, the General Procurement team will support you with a focus on the purchase of services. In direct exchange, you will accompany internal users as well as suppliers in the use of our purchasing systems and assist them with questions. The daily use of eProcurement tools is one of your tasks, including the FRA process, SAP/MM, SAP/ARIBA, SAP/Supplier Life Cycle, SAP Risk Management, SAP Contract Management, SAP/BI and SAP Cloud Analytics. Your tasks also include the examination of freelancers with regard to self-conception and the preparation of analyses for the use and further development of purchasing systems. In addition, the shopping team will support you with further administrative tasks in the daily business.

Registered student* in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable degree course Good PC knowledge, especially in MS Office, as well as IT affinity and interest in SAP-based purchasing systems; practical experience is not required Careful, reliable and independent operation Joy in telephone communication and contact with internal customers and suppliers German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
